Wholesaler Policies
General Wholesaler Terms:
- To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business.
- You are only authorized to sell through the retail store listed with Town & Earth. Secondary stores must receive prior written approval.
- Selling Town & Earth products on eBay, Amazon, or other resale sites is strictly prohibited.
- We require a valid Tax ID # or Resale Permit for wholesale customers.
- We reserve the right to alter our listed prices at any time.
- Any product stock the retailer has in their possession is the retailer’s responsibility.
- Town & Earth reserves the right to terminate a wholesale account if any of our terms are violated.
General Order Information:
- Orders must be placed through our check-out on our website.
- $100 order minimum
- A minimum of 6 of any item must be purchased at any time.
Shipping & Order Processing:
- All orders must be prepaid in full. Orders will be processed upon receipt of full payment.

- Shipping will be through UPS ground or USPS.

Copyright & Intellectual Property:
- All designs, products, and content within and any materials on our website and social media platforms are the sole property of Town & Earth.
- The content created by Town & Earth for marketing purposes (website, images, & social media posts) should not be used without written approval.
- Product images can be used by approved wholesale customers.

Once we receive all this information we can approve your wholesale account.
